Job Summary
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across surface mining operations while delivering commercial analysis to support operational decision-making. Manage cost control, contract administration, and commercial compliance, and drive continuous improvement of finance systems and business processes using Power BI and ERP tools. Mentor Business Analysts and develop KPI reporting to identify opportunities for sustainable commercial outcomes. This permanent, full-time role in Subiaco reports to the Group Manager Finance – Mining Services, offering a quarterly Gold Price Variable Bonus, annual STI, and employee share plan.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting or Finance)
- CA or CPA qualification
- Demonstrated experience in financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI or similar BI platforms
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
