Job Summary
Manage tender documentation from initial creation through analysis and reporting. Oversee project spend by generating valuations and cost reports while communicating variations to your team. Support the settlement of construction disputes and loss and expense claims with transparency. Drive nimble project management and clear decisions through excellent cost documentation and timely communication. This role requires experience in pre- and post-contract cost management on varied projects, a degree or comparable experience in a related construction discipline, and strong verbal and written communication skills. Travel is required for short periods to meet clients, partners, and team members. Linesight is a global project and cost management consultancy focused on delivering sustainable built environments for prestigious companies.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in pre- and post-contract cost management on varied projects
- A degree or comparable experience in a related construction discipline
