Job Summary
Commercial Manager - Managed Investments in the UK leading cross-functional commercial initiatives across product, pricing/promotions, communications, and commercial strategy; own and deliver the commercial action roadmap, assess ROI and cost–efficiency, provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders, collaborate with Product, Growth, and Finance to understand impact on OKRs and P&L, and drive delivery from prioritisation through execution with governance and regular performance updates to UK leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant experience in product management, strategy consulting, or a relevant domain within financial services or technology
- Strong commercial and analytical skills, including business case development, performance reporting, and fluency in Excel
- Experience leading cross-functional commercial initiatives from prioritisation through execution and performance tracking
- Experience in retail and consumer investment sectors
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership decisions
- Operational rigour, including running roadmaps, governance, and removing blockers to meet timelines
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to multi-asset and discretionary investment management
- Proficiency in SQL and/or Python
