Lead tender and bid documentation from initial analysis through reporting, while overseeing project spend via valuations and cost reports. Communicate variations clearly to your team and support the settlement of construction disputes and loss claims with transparency. Drive nimble project management decisions through excellent cost documentation and timely communication. This hybrid role requires travel to meet clients and partners. Required Qualifications
- Experience in pre- and post-contract cost management on varied projects
- Experience in corporate interior fit out construction projects
- A degree or comparable experience in a related construction discipline
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to travel for short periods to meet with clients, partners and team
