Job Summary
Deliver the execution of our Home Claims commercial and trading strategy and manage contractual relationships with external suppliers to achieve strong commercial and customer outcomes. Drive data-led performance improvements across the Home Claims function, identify trading opportunities, prioritise resources, and own the commercial performance of a key Home Claims component. Requires demonstrable experience delivering commercial initiatives, strong analytical capability to translate complex data into structured insights, and excellent communication to influence senior stakeholders. Hybrid roles available in Leicester, Bexhill, or London, UK.
