Assess changes requiring approval to confirm compliance and value for money before commitment, while supporting risk management through live threat and opportunity reviews. Plan and implement close-out and rolling final account settlements, endorse NEC4 ECC KPIs, and validate monthly submissions to challenge unsupported claims. Provide clean, timely datasets to the Data team and build collaborative relationships with contractors and suppliers to resolve commercial issues. Ensure satisfaction of contract and alliance framework conditions through periodic compliance checks, record non-conformances with corrective actions, and implement robust defined cost assurance approaches.
