Visit sites routinely to complete health checks and escalate emerging commercial risks with clear recovery actions. Assure change control by testing procedures, assessing changes for compliance and value for money, and validating monthly submissions to challenge unsupported claims before incentive triggers. Plan and implement close-out and rolling final account settlements while managing threats and opportunities to report net effects to scheme forecasts. Provide clean, timely datasets to the Data team and build collaborative relationships with contractors and suppliers to resolve commercial issues. Ensure satisfaction of contract and alliance framework conditions through periodic compliance checks, recording non-conformances with corrective actions.
