Job Summary
Lead commercial strategy and performance across the Victorian and Tasmania Infrastructure Services business. Partner with operational and finance leaders to support planning, forecasting, contract delivery, and commercial decision-making. Identify, manage, and mitigate commercial risk, including contract, cost, and compliance matters. Support negotiations, claims, variations, and contract administration to protect business outcomes and customer relationships. Coach and influence teams to lift commercial capability, accountability, and performance across the business. Review tender and contract documentation to identify commercial risks and opportunities. Manage subcontractor and supplier commercial arrangements to support successful project delivery. Provide expert guidance on contract administration, claims and commercial governance.
Required Qualifications
- Significant commercial management experience in infrastructure, civil construction, utilities, or a related services environment
- Strong knowledge of contract management, risk, cost control, and commercial governance
- A tertiary qualification in commerce, law, engineering, quantity surveying, or a related field
