Job Summary
Lead a geographically dispersed sales team to deliver regional business and strategic priorities through disciplined commercial management and strong customer engagement. Own delivery of regional sales, revenue, and gross margin targets by developing annual budgets, leading robust forecasting, and executing portfolio strategies that support product direction and market focus. Build and maintain relationships with key customers and reseller partners while negotiating trading agreements and managing territory sales plans across the Southern Region. This role requires a commercially astute leader based in Dandenong South or Adelaide to drive sustainable profitability and long-term growth.
