Job Summary
Senior Commercial Manager, Brokerage role in the UK focusing on shaping and prioritising commercial initiatives across product, pricing/promotions, communications, and strategy. Partners with senior leaders to deliver an action roadmap, measure ROI, identify cost optimization opportunities, and drive growth. Leads cross-functional initiatives with Product, Marketing, and Finance to understand impact on OKRs and P&L, delivering execution roadmaps, business cases, and delivery plans, while removing blockers and ensuring timely delivery. Strong emphasis on stakeholder management, governance, and performance tracking. Proficiency in SQL/Python and European language skills are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant experience in product management, strategy consulting, or a relevant domain within financial services or technology.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills, including business case development, performance reporting, and fluency in Excel.
- Experience leading cross-functional commercial initiatives from prioritisation through execution and performance tracking.
- Experience in retail and consumer investment sectors, specifically online brokerage and self-directed investments.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership decisions.
- Operational rigour, including running roadmaps, governance, and removing blockers to meet timelines.
