Job Summary
Commercial Manager role within the Mission System sector, managing contract governance, leading negotiations and pricing activities, developing and executing commercial strategies, mentoring commercial staff, acting as main commercial point of contact for project queries, and leading a team across Support contracts. Role requires regular travel to Ashton Vale, Bristol, with home/hybrid working; suitability for Security Check (SC) clearance is required. Sector-experience in defence is advantageous; MCIPS/IACCM/PGCCM or equivalent qualifications are desirable but not essential. The package includes generous holiday, pension, and other benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Security Clearance (SC)
- Ability to achieve and maintain SC clearance
- Experience in contract management and governance
- Understanding of single source contracts desirable
- Professional qualifications in procurement/contract management (MCIPS, IACCM, PGCCM) or equivalent (not essential)
- Willingness to travel to Bristol site regularly
- Hybrid working arrangement available
