Job Summary
Define and implement a procurement and commercial management framework, including policies, processes, templates, and governance. Drive structured proactive sourcing activities and lead commercial negotiations to ensure contracts deliver measurable value, cost efficiency, and risk mitigation. Partner with business and technology leaders to manage supplier engagement, execute end-to-end procurement processes, and establish contract management disciplines for performance tracking and renewals. Identify and mitigate commercial, contractual, and supplier risks while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory expectations. Achieve optimal financial and risk outcomes through vendor consolidation and contract renegotiation.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in procurement, commercial management or strategic sourcing
- Strong contract negotiation experience
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
- Strong financial and commercial acumen
- Experience working in regulated environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Pragmatic and outcomes-focused with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Comfortable operating in a transformation environment
- High attention to detail with strong execution discipline
