Job Summary
Join a leading company as a Commercial Maintenance Technician responsible for providing essential maintenance and support in Class-A office buildings and mixed-use properties in the Washington, DC area.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a CFC Certification
- Minimum 1-2 years of building engineering experience
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license
- Must have a dependable means of transportation
- Must be computer literate
- Must be in good physical condition and able to lift up to 50lbs
- Must have or obtain CFC Universal Certification within 90 days
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of safety procedures
- Experience in general maintenance, light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and basic HVAC
