Job Summary
Lead daily irrigation operations within the assigned territory by scheduling inspections, repairs, and audits while ensuring work meets company quality standards. Supervise and develop Irrigation Technicians through ride-alongs, field training, and performance evaluations, providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support. Drive revenue growth by identifying repair opportunities, preparing estimates, and partnering with Account Managers to communicate solutions to clients. Conduct system audits to monitor water usage, recommend efficiency improvements, and oversee upgrades or smart technologies. Maintain accurate documentation, ensure regulatory compliance, and investigate recurring issues to implement corrective actions. Work closely with Branch Managers and clients to support service delivery and retention.
Required Qualifications
- Texas Irrigator License
- 5+ years of commercial irrigation experience
- Strong knowledge of irrigation system troubleshooting, repairs, and diagnostics
- Experience leading teams or supervising field personnel
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Experience with commercial landscape maintenance operations
- Experience estimating irrigation repairs and renovation projects
- Knowledge of smart controllers, central control systems, and water management technology
- Experience using Aspire or similar landscape management software
