Job Summary
Schedule inbound and outbound shipments, coordinate driver and vehicle movement across dealer lots and upfit vendors, and oversee final delivery readiness. Communicate with shippers, carriers, and clients to track freight, establish ETAs, and resolve shipment inquiries. Monitor deliveries to ensure on-time performance, address service issues, and escalate potential delays to leadership. Negotiate carrier rates and service terms to secure cost-effective transportation while maintaining accurate customer and carrier records. Prepare invoices, contracts, and bills of lading to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies. Support logistics reporting and data analysis to maintain delivery standards.

- Minimum one year of Freight Brokerage experience
