Job Summary
Respond to customer and associate inquiries via phone and email while processing loan disbursements, payments, ACHs, wires, and NSF/returned payments across all commercial lines of business. Update borrower information, manage returned mail and address changes, configure automatic payments, and review exception reports to correct loan records. Maintain positive relationships with lenders and support staff, assisting with special projects as needed. High school diploma required with higher education preferred; experience in lending or commercial real estate is advantageous. Base pay ranges from $26 to $30 per hour, with eligibility for bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) match, profit sharing, and various insurance options.
