Commercial Loan Processor

Prepares commercial loan documents and assists loan officers to close loans on schedule; verifies and audits documents (title work, compliance, flood documents, appraisals) and facilitates document flow through the PCS system; analyzes loan documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance; serves as primary contact with lenders, customers, attorneys, and title companies; generates detailed processing and status reports; supports timely closing while managing credit quality and risk.
