Commercial Loan Processor

Job Summary
Process commercial loans from approval through closing and post-closing, including ordering appraisals, title commitments, and flood determinations. Prepare, review, and coordinate loan documentation to ensure compliance with bank credit policy and regulatory requirements. Balance closing statements with title companies to resolve discrepancies before funding. Coordinate all aspects of the process with internal and external partners, including lenders, customers, attorneys, and vendors. Fund loans through the Core processing system and manage disbursement by initiating wire transfers and processing payments to vendors. Deliver exceptional service by communicating proactively with customers and lenders throughout the lending process. Work a standard 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday schedule in the office.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time
- Hand and finger dexterity
- Visual acuity
- Ability to exchange information with customers/clients
- Ability to move items up to 10 pounds
- Ability to maintain regular attendance and be punctual
- Ability to complete assigned tasks without direct supervision
- Ability to work and sustain attention with distractions and/or interruptions
- Ability to multitask without loss of efficiency or accuracy
- Ability to perform under stress
- Ability to interact appropriately with a variety of individuals
- Ability to work as an integral part of the team
- Ability to work in a typical bank/office environment
- Ability to access file cabinets, supplies, office machinery, etc.
