Job Summary
Senior Commercial Loan Portfolio Manager responsible for overseeing and monitoring a portfolio of commercial real estate loans, including loan modifications, revisions and annual reviews, serving clients such as developers, builders, owner-occupied properties and real estate investors. Develop and maintain systems for loan documentation and borrower/guarantor financial statements, tax returns, rent rolls, leases and related items. Create in-depth reporting (including quarterly FASB 114/118 where notes of $1M+ and substandard accounts $200K+). Detect deteriorating credits and recommend actions; liaise with outside loan review; ensure accuracy of customer records; monitor credit policy and risk metrics; coordinate with credit to perform financial analyses for credit decisions and extensions. Conduct field visits with loan officers to maintain relationships and audit loan performance; administer loans to ensure terms and documentation are complete. Coordinate with operations to ensure proper payments; develop new business and expand client relationships. Includes a Hybrid work-from-home arrangement depending on role.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of commercial lending or credit analysis experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with bank security and safety practices
- Knowledge of CNOB products, services and credit policy
- Credit training
- Knowledge of relevant Federal and State banking regulations
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications
