Commercial Loan Officer

Generate, evaluate, and structure commercial loan opportunities including CRE, term loans, lines of credit, and SBA 7(a)/504 products. Perform initial financial analysis and pre-screening to assess creditworthiness, then coordinate with internal teams to move loans from origination through closing. Serve as the primary point of contact for borrowers and partners while building referral networks with CPAs, brokers, and attorneys.
