Job Summary
Commercial Loan Officer evaluates and recommends approval for commercial credit loan applications, while also managing the existing commercial loan portfolio and generating new business; responsibilities include process/underwrite commercial credit loans, analyze financial status and property evaluations, verify applicant information, ensure compliance with loan policies and regulations, facilitate loan negotiation and closing, handle customer inquiries, manage delinquent accounts, promote bank products and participate in loan committee meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management
- Minimum five years of lending experience
- Strong sales skills with a proactive approach to promoting bank products
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
