Job Summary
Outside commercial lending sales representative for a Credit Union, focused on growing and maximizing member relationships with annual funded loan production of $16 million. Responsibilities include identifying, soliciting, developing, and servicing commercial lending opportunities, cross-selling Credit Union products and services, coordinating loan applications and deposit account openings, conducting site visits with documentation, interpreting financial information, collaborating with analysts, presenting at loan committee meetings, and traveling as needed. Requires Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) registration with NMLS and the ability to work at least 40 hours per week. Knowledge of regulations governing commercial lending, financial statement analysis, and strong communication skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Two years of commercial lending required
- Certifications / Registrations: Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS)
- Initial registration required immediately upon hire
- Willingness to travel
- Ability to work at least 40 hours a week
Desired Qualifications

- Five years of financial institution experience preferred
