Commercial Loan Closing Representative

Job Summary
Support pre-close documents for moderately complex to complex commercial loans by reviewing and preparing loan documentation, negotiating complex legal terms, and evaluating risks to devise mitigation strategies. Perform flood determination validations using internal systems or approved vendors, ensuring compliance with FDPA, FEMA, and NFIP guidelines while identifying documentation gaps and tracking them to resolution. Coordinate closely with Deal Teams and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of reviews under tight deadlines, providing clear communication of findings and remediation steps. Maintain proper audit trails to support regulatory and internal audits. Night shift from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of Experience in commercial loan closing support, collateral management, flood operations, or insurance operations, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, or education
- Strong knowledge of FEMA flood zones and FDPA regulations
- Experience in credit/loan document review and insurance validation
- High attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Ability to manage multiple transactions under tight deadlines
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
- Shift timings- NIGHT SHIFT – 5:30 PM TO 2:30 AM
- Drug free workplace
