Job Summary
Document collections, close loans, and handle payments and advances while coordinating with borrowers, vendors, and third-party entities like title companies and attorneys. Gather financial information, order title work and credit reports, and prepare loan documents prior to closing to ensure accuracy. Manage commercial loan portfolios by reviewing credit reports, processing draw requests, and tracking covenant renewals and exceptions. Assist loan officers with administrative tasks, prepare disbursement entries, and provide notary services as needed. Contribute to meeting volume goals and maintain accurate servicing files.
