Job Summary
Provides documentation for consumer and commercial loans from application through approval, ensures compliance with bank policy, communicates with customers and service providers, responds to inquiries, completes all necessary loan file documentation, coordinates, closes and funds most loans, and supports the Senior Lending Officer in servicing the portfolio. Requires knowledge of lending operations and procedures and thorough understanding of most loan types. Performs loan document preparation and supports overall loan lifecycle from application to funding; emphasizes accuracy, compliance and customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Six months to two years of similar or related experience
- A high school degree or GED is required.
