Job Summary
Senior Associate in Commercial Litigation to work on complex commercial disputes, investigations, and cross-border arbitration from our Melbourne office. You will advise public and private sector clients, manage matters with autonomy, mentor junior lawyers, and deliver pragmatic, top-tier advice across Supreme and Federal Courts, as well as commercial arbitration and mediation in multiple Australian jurisdictions. The role emphasizes collaborative teamwork, client relationship-building, and a modern approach aided by AI tools to enhance efficiencies.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years' post-admission experience in commercial disputes and/or regulatory litigation
- Significant experience running litigation matters with a high degree of autonomy
- Genuine client focus and ability to build enduring relationships with peers, clients, and industry contacts
- Collaborative working style and ability to thrive in a team environment
