Support attorneys with commercial litigation matters from case opening through resolution by drafting and revising pleadings, discovery materials, and correspondence. Handle electronic filing, coordinate e-discovery including document collection and production, and conduct legal research using Westlaw. Maintain organized case files, calendars, and deadlines while accurately preparing billable time entries. Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, courts, and vendors to keep active matters prepared. Requires 3+ years of direct commercial litigation experience, strong drafting skills, and proficiency with e-filing, e-discovery, and Westlaw.
