Seeking a motivated Commercial Paralegal to support a fast-paced legal department, responsible for assisting attorneys with legal documents, managing litigation calendars, and demonstrating strong organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- Paralegal Certification required
- 2 years+ experience in civil litigation firm or in-house legal department preferred
- Background in civil litigation required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Competency in MS Word, Excel, WordPerfect, and PDF
Desired Qualifications
- Background in Creditors Rights Laws preferred
- Experience with CLS collection software is a plus
