Conduct business litigation including shareholder disputes, business divorce, contract disputes, and matters arising under the UCC. Manage cases requiring substantial experience in all aspects of commercial law while demonstrating the ability to generate business. Maintain admission in good standing with the New York State Bar and exercise superb written and verbal communications skills alongside excellent legal research and analysis capabilities. Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of business litigation experience
