Commercial Litigation Associate

Conduct litigation and collections for construction equipment, general contractors, and subs, reviewing contracts and taking depositions alongside partners. Attend hearings and prepare for trial management, transitioning to independent handling of cases over time. The role involves working within a fast-growing Tampa Bay firm where associates may eventually become partners. Candidates must have a minimum of four years in commercial litigation, with insurance experience considered. This position offers a path to partnership, profit sharing, and a 10% bonus on new client fees.
