Job Summary
Manage commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal memoranda. Conduct legal research to develop case strategy and appear in Florida state and federal courts for hearings, depositions, and mediations. Oversee discovery processes, document review, and witness preparation while preparing cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial. This full-time on-site role offers a salary of $125,000 to $150,000 with full benefits, direct mentorship from experienced litigators, and meaningful courtroom exposure from day one within a nationally recognized AmLaw 100 firm.
Required Qualifications
- JD from an ABA accredited law school
- Active Florida Bar membership in good standing
- One to three years of commercial litigation experience in Florida state and federal courts
