Job Summary
The West Palm Beach office is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join a busy trial practice. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience, strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills, and experience with complex legal issues. Candidates must have a law degree from a recognized institution, be strategically and analytically minded, and possess the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Admission to The Florida Bar or eligibility for admission is required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of experience
- Graduated from a nationally recognized law school
- Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Experience researching and drafting pleadings and papers concerning complex legal and factual issues
- Strategically and analytically minded
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
- Admitted to The Florida Bar or eligible for admission to The Florida Bar
