Job Summary
Conduct training and onboarding for Commercial Lines Account Managers, Account Executives, and Producers on core responsibilities, workflows, and best practices. Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding for new hires and newly integrated teams, while designing and leading programs including live sessions, webinars, and lunch-and-learn events. Support acquisitions by leading EPIC system integration, workflow alignment, and training of incoming team members. Maintain expert-level knowledge of the EPIC Agency Management System to train staff on enhancements and identify workflow gaps to reduce E&O exposure. Collaborate cross-functionally with Mergers & Acquisitions, Operations, and leadership to ensure seamless transitions and consistent adoption of standards across regions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Thorough understanding of Commercial Lines insurance products, coverages, and servicing workflows
- Active insurance license in accordance with state requirements
- At least one professional insurance designation (CISR, CIC, CRM, or similar), or willingness to obtain
