Job Summary
Lead the development, modernization, and ongoing maintenance of Commercial Property & Casualty insurance education resources, ensuring technical content remains accurate, current, and optimized for digital delivery. Research, write, edit, and update coverage analyses, policy form interpretations, court case summaries, and continuing education materials while monitoring ISO, AAIS, and MSO changes. Manage editorial workflows, lead editors and external contributors, and partner with leadership to identify new educational products. Serve as a subject matter expert for internal teams, agencies, and carriers. Requires CPCU designation and experience in underwriting, coverage analysis, or insurance publishing. Base salary up to $105k/year with comprehensive benefits including 401(k) match and $50k life insurance.
Required Qualifications
- Commercial Property & Casualty insurance experience in underwriting, agency management, coverage analysis, technical consulting, insurance education, insurance publishing, or similar technical insurance roles
- CPCU designation
- Ability to interpret Commercial Lines policy forms, insurance contracts, coverage language, endorsements, ISO forms, AAIS forms, MSO forms, and evolving Property & Casualty insurance developments
- Experience researching, writing, editing, or developing technical insurance content, educational materials, policy analyses, or insurance publications
- Experience managing projects, editorial workflows, technical content, or cross-functional initiatives
