Job Summary
Senior Client Manager serves as the primary service contact for a book of select commercial clients, ensuring client satisfaction and aligning business needs with organizational capabilities. Responsibilities include evaluating exposures, obtaining and negotiating quotes, analyzing risk, determining markets within core carrier strategy, preparing carrier submissions, obtaining signed bindings, reviewing documents for accuracy, and processing renewals, endorsements, acknowledgments, and proofs of insurance. Maintains account details in EPIC, creates usable communications (BORs, pre-renewal letters, proposals, change requests), and coordinates activities and loss runs/audit reviews. Requires proficiency with EPIC, carrier systems, and MS Office (Excel/Word), and a strong focus on customer service, relationship building, and strategic planning. 3+ years of Commercial Property & Casualty experience and an active state Property & Casualty license are required.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in Commercial Property & Casualty
- Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
