Commercial Lines Senior Client Manager - Small Business

Senior Commercial Lines Client Manager at World Insurance Associates who independently serves as the primary service contact for a book of select commercial clients, focusing on client satisfaction and strategic planning. Responsibilities include evaluating exposures, obtaining and negotiating quotes, analyzing risk, determining markets within core carrier strategy, preparing carrier submissions, obtaining signed bindings, reviewing binding documents, conducting contract reviews, setting up and maintaining account details in EPIC, processing renewals, endorsements, and cancellations, organizing documents in EPIC, using templates and forms to produce client communications (BOR, pre-renewal letters, proposals, change requests), creating activities in EPIC, and ordering loss runs/audits as needed. Requires 3+ years in Commercial Property & Casualty, and a Property & Casualty insurance license. Proficient in Excel, Word, EPIC, carrier sites, and MS Office; strong communication and relationship-building skills; ability to develop short- and long-term strategies and provide coverage consultations.
