Job Summary
Independently leads client service, strategy, and renewal messaging on larger, more complex middle-market commercial property & casualty accounts, while collaborating closely on strategy and renewal messaging with senior colleagues. Leads mid-market placements, reviews exposures against coverages and performs gap analysis, and participates in proposal meetings and renewal planning. Responsible for documenting orders to bind, ensuring binder accuracy, and providing post-renewal stewardship for large clients. Requires strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication, proficiency in Excel, ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail, and ability to develop and implement work plans for completing projects.
Required Qualifications
- State Property & Casualty insurance license
- 3-5 years of Commercial Property & Casualty experience
