Job Summary
Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager leads client service, strategy, and renewal messaging on larger middle-market accounts, while collaborating with senior colleagues on strategy and renewal messaging. Responsibilities include creating and delivering service plans, reviewing exposures and performing gap analysis, leading mid-market placements with subject-matter experts, finalizing proposals and binders, participating in post-renewal and stewardship activities, and ensuring accuracy of coverage documents. Requires 3–5 years of Commercial Property & Casualty experience, and an active state Property & Casualty license. Strong written and verbal communication, Excel proficiency, client relationship skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in Commercial Property & Casualty with a comprehensive understanding of insurance coverages
- Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license.
