Job Summary
Independent leads client service, strategy, and renewal messaging on larger middle-market accounts, collaborating with senior colleagues on strategy and renewal messaging for larger clients. Leads mid-market placements, performs exposure/gap analyses, and develops service plans. Documents orders to bind, finalizes binder accuracy, and participates in post-renewal and stewardship planning for large clients. Requires 3–5 years in Commercial Property & Casualty, and possession of a state Property & Casualty license. Strong written and verbal communication, client relationship skills, proficiency with Excel, and the ability to manage placement processes and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
