Job Summary
We’re seeking a Commercial Field Sales Mentor to help independent insurance agencies grow and win more commercial business. This role combines field coaching, sales support, and placement strategy. Responsibilities include providing in-person commercial coaching, reviewing pipelines to increase bind ratios, supporting complex submissions and placements, guiding carrier and coverage strategy, assisting with negotiations and renewals, delivering commercial training sessions, and collaborating with carrier and internal teams.
Required Qualifications
- Active Property and Casualty License
- Commercial Lines experience
- Coverage and market knowledge
- Ability to travel locally
Desired Qualifications
- Coaching or mentoring experience
- Wholesale or underwriting background
- E&S market familiarity
