Job Summary
Manage Farm-related product lines by collaborating with internal business partners and system vendors to deliver product enhancements and implement updates to rates, rules, and forms. Review bureau and compliance circulars, conduct market and product analysis, develop filing documents, and coordinate system updates while supporting product filings. Serve as a resource for product and coverage questions, develop training and communications for product changes, and ensure products remain compliant, competitive, and aligned with company and bureau standards. This role supports the commercial lines team in Sarasota, Lake Mary, or Carmel on a hybrid schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Direct experience with Farm products
- Strong background in ISO property and casualty lines
- Property insurance expertise
- General Liability insurance expertise
- Inland Marine insurance expertise
- Umbrella insurance expertise
- Commercial lines expertise
- Ability to deliver sound analysis and recommendations for new and existing insurance product offerings
- Experience managing Farm-related product lines
- Experience collaborating with internal business partners and system vendors
- Experience delivering product enhancements
- Experience implementing updates to rates, rules, and forms
- Experience reviewing bureau and compliance circulars
- Experience conducting market and product analysis
