Job Summary
Commercial Lines Producer/Commercial Client Account Manager in Boulder, CO responsible for retention and client relationship management across a book of Property & Casualty business. Services all stages of the account cycle, prepares new business proposals and account summaries, handles renewals, responds to client requests, cross-sells coverage, and provides guidance on insurance programs. Requires 1-3 years independent agency experience with a current P&C license, strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and HawkSoft, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 years Independent Agency experience with current Property & Casualty license is required
- Knowledge of all lines of commercial insurance
- Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and perform multiple tasks in a complex working environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new software, systems, etc.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft programs (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Proficiency with insurance carrier servicing tools (HawkSoft)
