Job Summary
As a Commercial Lines Processor, you will ensure precision of policies and endorsements for commercial accounts by accurately processing information into EPIC, handling endorsements, and coordinating with the Account Executive. Responsibilities include processing new/renewal policies and endorsements, following up with carriers for change requests, handling daily mail in EPIC, collaborating with team members, attending required trainings to maintain Colorado licensing, preparing insured letters, and performing additional tasks as assigned. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work both independently and in a team, effective communication, and a willingness to obtain an insurance license within the first year. Compensation is $24–$28 per hour with benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401k with company match, and PTO. Occasional travel may be required for training or client meetings.

- Licensing requirement: acquire an insurance license within 12 months per State Department of Insurance
