Job Summary
Oversee the Commercial Lines Department in Tacoma, WA, supervising workflow and performance, mentoring teammates, and delivering training plans. Develop and implement department strategies, manage relationships with carrier partners and key accounts, pursue cross-selling with leadership and marketing teams, and maintain your own book of business while staying current on marketplace changes. Maintain strong relationships with carriers, support incentives or commissions communications to the team, and contribute to the agency’s strategic objectives.
Required Qualifications
