Job Summary
Commercial Lines Insurance Producer responsibilities include meeting established sales quotas on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis; using Trucordia sales and marketing tools to conduct cold calls, in-person appointments, and prospect presentations to close new business; acting as subject matter expert in chosen area of focus; managing a book of business to support high renewal rates; collaborating with Client Service to analyze renewal and place new business accounts; following Trucordia sales methods and utilizing sales management platform; maintaining state-issued Property and Casualty or Life and Health license; leveraging a 4-year degree and 2-5 years of insurance sales experience; proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Salesforce; and applying strong analytics and internal/external communication skills to achieve results.
Required Qualifications
- State-issued Property and Casualty or Life and Health Insurance Producer License
- 4-year Degree in Business Management, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing or related area of study
- 2-5 years in an insurance sales role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Salesforce
- Strong analytics and communication skills
