Job Summary
Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative supporting small to mid-sized commercial accounts with certificates, auto ID cards, loss runs, billing, binders, and invoices; assists Account Managers with policy changes and with timely delivery of renewal worksheets and applications; maintains the agency management system (EPIC) and supports renewal activities. 2+ years of commercial insurance experience required; P&C license preferred; hybrid schedule offered. Compensation base salary 65k-80k/year with growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of commercial insurance experience
- Property & Casualty (P&C) Licensed preferred
- EPIC experience preferred
