Job Summary
The Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative is responsible for the day-to-day servicing of specific accounts at the direction of the Account Executive and/or Producer. Duties include issuing auto ID cards, binders, certificates and Evidence of Property; ordering loss runs, MVRs, and E Mods; processing change requests, renewals, and invoicing; supporting Account Managers and Account Executives; handling new business and renewals; preparing policies for delivery; reconciling fleet schedules; assisting with billing and proposals; and providing general administrative support including claims intake for the unit. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1-2+ years of Commercial Lines experience preferred, Property and Casualty licensing preferred or willingness to obtain within 60 days, strong computer skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and strong organizational/detail-orientation.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2+ years of Commercial Lines experience preferred
- Active Property and Casualty License is preferred or willing to complete licensing requirements within 60 days of hire
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in various software programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Organized and highly detail-oriented
