Job Summary
Commercial Lines Client Service Manager to assist producers and clients in maintaining insurance coverage for commercial lines. Responsibilities include processing and invoicing policies, endorsements, audits, and cancellations; handling /processing of endorsements and refunds; managing audits by verifying rates, exposures, and prior premiums; communicating with staff and clients to gather information for policy changes; providing technical support to Marketing Executives and Producers; maintaining relationships with internal and external clients; and ensuring adherence to agency procedures. Requirements include active Property and Casualty license, 2 years of property and casualty servicing experience preferred, proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with Applied Epic or AMS systems. Physical tasks include lifting, reading, and keyboarding; benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K, and wellness programs. Located in Marietta, GA (US).
Required Qualifications
- Active Property and Casualty license required
- 2 years of experience in property and casualty servicing preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Applied Epic experience preferred, but knowledge of similar AMS is acceptable
