Commercial Lines Client Manager

Commercial Lines Client Manager serves as the primary service contact for a book of commercial clients, ensuring client satisfaction and strategic planning. Responsibilities include contacting incumbents to adjust exposures, evaluating exposures, obtaining quotes, reviewing and finalizing quotes, gathering client information, analyzing risk, and making recommendations. Includes creating carrier submissions, obtaining signed bindings, reviewing binding documents for accuracy, and maintaining/organizing client and policy details in EPIC. Also handles renewals, endorsements, cancellations, proofs of insurance, and generating standard communications to clients and carriers (BOR, pre-renewal letters, proposal letters, change requests). Requires expertise in Excel and MS Office, proficiency with EPIC and carrier sites, strong communication, relationship management, risk assessment, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
