Commercial Lines Client Manager

Commercial Lines Client Manager role handling a book of select commercial clients under a service manager. Primary duties include adjusting exposures with incumbents, evaluating exposures, obtaining quotes, negotiating and finalizing quotes, obtaining client information, analyzing risk, determining markets within Core Carrier Strategy, creating carrier submissions, obtaining binding, reviewing binding documents, and producing standard communications to clients and carriers. Responsibilities extend to setting up and maintaining account details in EPIC, processing renewals, endorsements, acknowledgments, cancellations and proofs of insurance, organizing documents, leveraging templates, and generating client communications (BOR, pre-renewal letters, proposals, change requests). Requires 3+ years P&C experience, possession of a state Property & Casualty license, and proficiency with MS Office and EPIC. Education: HS diploma or equivalent.
